Where this comes from
A practice is listed here only when two separate NHS records both show no NHS dental contract for it: the NHS Business Services Authority's monthly record of general dental contract activity holds no contract at its address, and it does not appear in the NHS find-a-dentist register. It must also hold a current registration with its regulator and have been reviewed by patients. Where we could not tell either way we leave the practice off rather than guess, so these counts are a floor.
The contract records are published about three months after the month they cover, so a practice that has recently taken on an NHS contract may still appear here. If that is your practice, tell us and we will correct it at no charge.
