I haven’t been to the dentist in over a decade as I was extremely anxious from past experiences. Here though, every part of my care has been amazing! From the initial check up where I was given a treatment plan to the hygienist and then my fillings, everything was clearly explained and I felt calm and comfortable after each visit. Dr Jay (Dentist) Tanya (Hygienist) Charlotte (Nurse) and Hannah (Reception / Nurse) are all kind, professional and supportive. They’ve completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. We have had all our dentistry and hygienist work done at the Fairford Leys Smile Centre since we moved here in 2017. They are unbelievably good with kids and charge nothing until age 7! It’s been wonderful to see my children grow up with the right support to not be scared of dentist visits. I also had my orthodontics done with Zak who did an excellent job, over a year and a lot of work I was super happy with my results. Thank you guys, you’re all incredible people who work very hard.

I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early and was greeted with a bubbly and enthusiastic welcome from a lovely reception (pink hair). It was my first time at smiles there and straight away I was put at ease.. I was called early by the dentist who was very professional and polite, after my appointment I was lucky to see the hygienist who with out an appointment said she could see me straight away( very handy lol )

I had to have an extraction and was very anxious. I was discussing why this Dentist is so different from others with my Daughter and we decided the atmosphere is so friendly and caring. The staff show an interest in you and are just genuinely "nice." Jay was very calm and made me feel less anxious. The injection is never pleasant, but it is not as brutal as other Dentists I have been with. Who likes going to the Dentist anyway, but this Dentist makes me able to go on my own.
