I had my routine hygiene appointment today and as always, Alysha was absolutely fantastic. She is very professional, attentive, and highly skilled at what she does. The whole process was comfortable and painless, which I really appreciate. The clinic is immaculate-clean, modern, and very well maintained. The reception team are always warm, friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience pleasant from start to finish.

I had surgery on Friday afternoon and wanted to thank all of the staff for their kindness on that day. My surgery was delayed for 3 hours, through no fault of the clinic, and as anxious as I was all the staff I came into contact with were so kind and reassuring to both myself and my husband who was waiting for me. I know that I was the last patient of the day and there was absolutely no rush to get me out even though it was a Friday evening! Thank you again to Lewis and the Team for looking after me so well.

I would give 25 stars if I could , FACEmed is a very special clinic , I have been using this place for facial cosmetic work and dentistry. From the min you enter its smiles everywhere, the staff on reception/ dental , cosmetic assistants are so good . I would like to say Lewis , jade , ( don’t know all the staff by name but all lovely. Ms ksliori zetvetta ( my surgeon, Botox is just incredible at what she does . Highly recommend this place .
