As a very nervous patient attending my first appointment, I couldn’t have had a better experience. Alister made me feel completely at ease from the start and took the time to listen, which meant so much to me. The reception staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. I am not a fan of the dentist however ROKA has changed my mind! The environment is lovely, reception helpful and welcoming and Amelia, the hygienist and Charlotte are a brilliant double act. They instantly put me at ease with some light humour. They answered millions of my questions and gave me really sensible suggestions on how to improve my dental routine.
