Maria and Sophie took me through the registering xray and scanning process. The experience was very professional and all my questions were answered with kindness together with good advice. Also Cathy did my 2nd hygienist appointment after all thexrays. I have two more appointments (hygienist and a filling) as well as a consultation with Dr. Darko. So far the impression I have received is that it is an ethical practice, looking to do the best for the individual without over treating. I'm very happy.

Having had a bad experience at a previous dentist and visiting a few more, I was apprehensive on attending on recommendation my appointment with Dr Darko. I was pleasantly surprised as he was attentive, listened and gave me assurance explaining what procedure I would need while showing my X-ray on the screen. His assistant Laura was friendly and I felt at ease. They took their time and I felt I wasn’t being rushed on my first visit. After many years of avoiding the dentist as much as possible after a bad childhood experience my wife finally persuaded me to make an appointment! The day came for my appointment and I was a nervous wreck, I got to the clinic where the receptionists were friendly and welcoming which helped straight away! Next was the time to meet the dentist and assistant!!! I was put at ease as soon as walked in. The experience was nothing like I imagined it would be. Thanks to everyone at the clinic I feel much more comfortable about my next visit.

The BEST dental clinic I’ve ever been to! As someone who is very anxious at the dentist, I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience! Both the receptionist and hygienist that I saw made me feel very comfortable and reassured. I couldn’t fault anything about the service, and will definitely be coming back! ❤️
