Everyone at Lincoln Orthodontics was very friendly and welcoming during my consultation. Each member of staff really explained each part of the process and were willing to answer any questions I had. Every step was done with the highest level of care and their main aim was to give the best results possible. From the initial telephone enquiry, throughout the whole process to now having our daughters braces removed and retainers fitted. we cannot fault the service received. I started my brace journey last October and from start to finish it was absolutely fantastic! I had my consultation with Michaela and she was so lovely, welcoming and helpful.
