I needed emergency treatment and I cannot fault the friendliness and professionalism of everyone that I encountered. Everyone was so welcoming, and it was just a totally different experience from any other practise I have been to. All the costs were transparent, the treatment I received was absolutely first class. Everyone i encountered could not be any more helpful and the follow up calls and further treatment plans/advice have been easy to understand and very welcome. The costs are incredibly reasonable and my wife and I will be using this practice from now on.
I have recently completed a dental procedure course of 3 appointments with Irem, to help to save my dental implant. She is highly skilled and always took the time to explain to me what she was doing. The treatment was pain free, and has been successful :o) The nurses who are with Irem are also very professional and friendly. Thank you especially to Neeti who looked after me last week. I had a fantastic experience with Dr Yathesa Sreecumaar today. From the moment I arrived, himself and the reception team were incredibly polite and charming, making me feel at ease. I had previously seen another dentist who refused to treat my tooth, but Dr Yathesa Sreecumaar handled it with confidence and skill, successfully extracting it without any issues. Their professionalism, care, and friendly demeanor made what could have been a stressful experience much more comfortable. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist who truly listens and delivers excellent care.
James has been our dentist for the past 10 years including years at his former dental practice. James's work is always of the highest standard and he outlines clearly what remedial work is necessary using photographs and an estimate of cost before he proceeds. I wouldn't say that I am an easy patient to work on as I have a strong gagging reflex but his patience and understanding gives me the trust and reassurance I need.
