I attended Kent smile studio in walderslade Chatham. I was seen by Paras and his team. I atteneded for an initial appointment where my teeth were looked at an x-rays were carried out. Paras took the time to go over these X-rays with me in detail to point out which teeth needed work and specifically what needed to be done. Which I have not had from previous dental establishments. I went to the Kent Smile Studio to have Icon Resin Infiltration and correct a white patch I've had on my front tooth since having braces off as a child. I wanted it completed before my wedding day and Dr Louise Yates was clear, kind and informative in my consultation. I had a hygienist appointment and some xrays and we discussed the treatment and what to expect. Everything was clear and transparent. I have had a lot of work done by Viraj over the last few years and I never thought it would be possible. After a few bad experiences elsewhere, I had become very nervous but Viraj and Beth have been amazing and I have always been treated like a friend and supported when I was nervous. I am always treated with respect and everything is explained in detail before and during treatment. They are very kind, caring and skilled. We recently visited Kent Smile Studios in Walderslade for the first time after my son’s uncle, who was his dentist and a dental surgeon, retired. Although we stayed with the same practice, it’s unfortunately based in Essex, so this was a big change for us.
