Excellent service at Rugby Smiles Dental Clinic. From booking the appointment to the treatment itself, everything was handled to a very high standard. The dentist explained every step clearly and treated me with great care. I went there quite worried due to severe pain in one of my wisdom teeth. Dr Patel was excellent and I highly recommend him. He always explains what he is doing and makes you feel at ease. The entire staff is extremely polite, kind, and welcoming. Thank you!
As a first-time patient at Rugby Smiles, I had a really positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming, friendly, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. Everything was explained clearly, all my questions were answered, and I never felt rushed. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, making my first visit very comfortable. I would highly recommend Rugby Smiles and will definitely be returning.
First time at Rugby Smiles. I was anxious but everyone was so friendly and caring, I soon more comfortable. Jasmeet was very gentle and explained everything to me in detail so I was well informed. Lady on reception super friendly and efficient too.
Lovely venue. Nice having a festive feel in the waiting area. Friendly receptionist. Tim is a great dentist, always friendly and explains everything so well. Never offers treatment unless it is necessary. Been coming here for 5 years now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
