I was seen as an Emergency as I was due to leave for Newzeald in five days time and a 50+ yr old filling had fallen out. The tooth was refilled and the dentist took the time to draw me a diagram of what he had done. Went home very satisfied. That evening the other part of my 50 yr old+ filling fell out. Rang back up given an appointment for the day before I was off to New Zealand. A young Skih dentist did the filling. I have been with this dentist with it's previous names since I've had teeth. The receptionist staff are always polite and professional. The dentists explain the procedure to put you at ease. I was in the surgery on Thursday with my partner who was having treatment. While I was waiting I witnessed Sarah dealing with an elderly gentleman who had broken his dentures. She was very patient, really helpful, she explained more than once the procedure for replacement. This is typical of Sarah and the other receptionist.
Emergency dentist appointments are a lifesaver. Managed to get a quick appointment. Reception team were friendly and polite. The dentist and dental nurse were very reassuring and patient, I was quite anxious and they were kind and professional throughout. Highly recommended.
I had an appointment with Simone for a deep clean, She was absolutely amazing ! She was thorough and put me at ease and explained everything so well ! A true asset to Daniels Dentists
