Bupa Dental Care Coulby Newham

I rang this morning for an appointment after losing a filling yesterday ( toffee!) and was given one within 3 hours. I saw a lovely dentist called Mila who put in a permanent filling, it was painless and quite relaxing her manner was exemplary I would recommend her and the practice to anyone. I must also give a shout out to Kayleigh the dental nurse who was pleasant and easy to chat to. Thank you ladies for a great experience.

Nobody likes to have dental treatment! My care was second to none here. Professional, calming, caring and friendly - from Reception staff to dental team. Thank you Mila and Kayleigh for giving me reasons to smile 😁

Fantastic practice. I was called and asked if I could attend any earlier and was almost there anyway so when I arrived I was taken straight in to see the dentist. I felt well informed on my treatment plan and the dentist, nurse and receptionist were all very friendly and helpful. I have dental insurance through my employer so the whole experience when it came to pay was fantastic, and I used the instant claim which was fast and easy. Really impressed with the whole experience as I’ve always been nervous about the dentist but this was great and I’d recommend it to anyone!

Removed as an NHS patient with no communication, having missed no appointments. I have come here since I was 5 years old. The dentists have always been great, which is why this isn’t 1 star. However, ever since I can remember, the receptionists have always been rude towards patients. It is a shame that a decent medical practice with kind and hardworking professionals is dragged down by its public-facing workers.
