Not happy with these at all put the phone down on me when trying to explain about a referral as im on benefits as im a career, the lady I spoke to from queens way billigham said I need to ring my local dentist and this is the same place I got done last time back in 2022 then my appointment was the 12th January 2023 but I had a reason to cancel it because my dad was dying he was put in hospital before that date since him passing ive had anxiety/depression not been out the house for 2 years since. I came for my first visit today at Westmount for a consultation, I seen jess who was nothing but amazing from start to finish. Jess reassured me with all options around composite bonding and braces. She explored all possible options with me. Not to forget the receptionists who made me feel so welcomed too as a new patient.

Had my consultation with Jessica today at Westmount, she was brilliant at explaining my options for me ensuring i was confident with the work that they do here.

Brilliant service and lovely staff. Well informed about treatments available. Wouldn't go anywhere else. 10/10
