I phoned this morning for an emergency appointment following dental pain overnight which was escalating. From start to finish I received brilliant care. The receptionist was very helpful, sympathetic & listened to my issue. I was allocated an appointment the same day. Friendly, professional, reception environment. Seen promptly by Omar & dental nurse. My problem was assessed, fully explained, & I received excellent care. Outstanding ( as always). I am hugely grateful.
