Required treatment for longstanding issues. Everything was explained clearly and plainly in advance. Options discussed, treatment plan agreed and understood in advance, including costs and timings. Work was professional and in my case with very little in the way of after effects from extractions. Will happily be using as my dental provider from now on.
Went to my checkup appointment nervous, due to having had a bad fall 18 months ago which had damaged my front tooth and I was advised by my previous dentist at another practice , that due to my age and the oral damage, my only option was a dental plate, and I hated it . However, at Serenity I was advised there are actually other options, despite my elderly years. The options were explained to me, and I left far happier than when I went in ,plus an appointment with a specialist next week, actually at Serenity practice. Can’t praise this Serenity Dentist enough! As a nervous patient I’m always well looked after & have treatments explained in detail. Had Invisalign braces & I'm so happy with the results & continued care. The receptionists are also very polite & helpful!
I have been using serenity for a couple of years now , recently finished Invisalign and boutique whitening . I now have the perfect teeth iv always dreamed of. Always a professional and friendly experience and I no longer have dentist anxiety . I also have a daughter with complex needs and her visits are always met with kindness and patience which is always appreciated . Thank you serenity
