Took me off my prescription antidepressants without warning and without consultation, I had to call them up myself and they told me a day before I needed a refill that I'd have to see a GP every single month if I wanted it and couldn't get a repeat prescription. I have a full time job. There was absolutely nothing that could possibly be interpreted as me abusing it, I wasn't trying to get a refill more than when I needed it. It's the 30th of June today asked for an appointment and told the 22nd of July absolutely disgusting, paid into the pot for over 50 years and got treated like that. It's funny how people who don't pay into the system would get seen to the same day. I think you all know who they are

Well well well.. here we are again.. lady with the accent at reception has no idea what customer service is. Does she not understand that every customer she speaks to has some type of vulnerability? She she carry no empathy when it comes to speaking to patients. The service levels really need to be reviewed at this surgery.
