I booked a scale and polish appointment with this practice and was asked to pay a £25 deposit. When I arrived, I was informed that their hygienist only works one morning a month, so the treatment would instead be done by the dentist. I was then told the dentist could not carry out a scale and polish without a prior check-up, which I had not been informed of when booking. I explained that I specifically wanted a scale and polish and did not want or need a check-up, and that I was unaware of this policy. I was told they could reduce the price “to help”, but this was still not the appointment …

So so pleased with my visit today, I could have cried happy tears with Dr Raj work! I had a small but very noticeable chip in my tooth and it was also a little bit shorter than the other - she fixed it up and it now looks amazing! My confidence has boomed - to add to this, I felt I got considerable value for money BUT she did not do any extra work even though I asked and she gave me her professional honest opinion. For someone who is very nervous about injections and how I have reacted to them from previous dental work elsewhere, I have to say that having 4 extractions couldn't have gone any smoother.
