I booked a scale and polish appointment with this practice and was asked to pay a £25 deposit. When I arrived, I was informed that their hygienist only works one morning a month, so the treatment would instead be done by the dentist. I was then told the dentist could not carry out a scale and polish without a prior check-up, which I had not been informed of when booking. I explained that I specifically wanted a scale and polish and did not want or need a check-up, and that I was unaware of this policy. I was told they could reduce the price “to help”, but this was still not the appointment …
So so pleased with my visit today, I could have cried happy tears with Dr Raj work! I had a small but very noticeable chip in my tooth and it was also a little bit shorter than the other - she fixed it up and it now looks amazing! My confidence has boomed - to add to this, I felt I got considerable value for money BUT she did not do any extra work even though I asked and she gave me her professional honest opinion. Great experience with my braces treatment. The orthodontist and staff were professional, patient, and supportive throughout the process. Very happy with my smile!
For someone who is very nervous about injections and how I have reacted to them from previous dental work elsewhere, I have to say that having 4 extractions couldn't have gone any smoother. From the start Dr Begum's calm approach and demeanor meant I didn't display any of the embarrassing anxiety traits and meant the procedure was quick, efficient and left me confident about the following procedures.
