I had my first appointment at this practise today. I have suffered severe anxiety all my life, especially with dentists. my visit was with Kerry, who was wonderful and completely understood me. She explained everything in detail and I left feeling totally relaxed and at ease. I would highly recommend Whickham Dental Practise to anyoone.
I was seen at very short notice, which I really appreciated. The dentist is always so gentle and explains everything as he’s doing it, which really puts me at ease. He’s also fantastic with my son and makes every visit a positive experience. I have been going to this dentist for over 10 years and all of my family also use Whickham dentist. Paul is great always appreciate his work. Highly recommend.
Great dental practice and always service with and for a smile. I have just needed an emergency appointment and it was dealt with quickly and effectively. My normal dentist Paul wasn't available but the office staff fitted me in straight away and his replacement was friendly with great customer care and temporalily fixed my problem many thanks.
Whickham dental practice is probably the best dental surgery I’ve ever used. I’m a very nervous patient, they alway always put me at ease and check I’m doing ok while I’m having my examinations. I always see Kerry for my examinations, she’s a real breath of fresh air. I’d highly recommend using the surgery and Caroline my hygienist, again takes real care and is as assuring as Kerry. Merry Christmas everyone at the surgery. 😀
