Exceptional treatment for over 30 years. Very thorough and state of the art tools to assist detection of weak areas. Calm, understanding and reassuring care also for my neurodivergent daughter. This has really boosted her confidence.
I have been using the Practice for many, many years. I have not had even one complaint. Lesley and Michelle are very proficient as is the more recent hygenist Ella. The receptionists are super friendly and really helpful. Very happy with the service provided.
Generally good and lovely people. But they're was a second issue with email confirmation of the appointments not coming through, it seemed to be a server issue. But whilst my 5 year old daughter has a cavity filled today the hygienist didn't give any after care advice about food to eat or avoid, etc, which would have been good. My daughter said afterwards that it was painful, and the hygienist didn't warn my daughter that they're might be any pain, which was a shame.
As a comparatively new patient, everyone at the practice has put me at ease. Dr Lesley Cave’s treatment has been caring and effective. Additionally she communicates well, both verbally and demonstrates practically with illustrations visuals.
