I had my first appointment at MSG yesterday. I was truly impressed with everything about this practice. All of the reception staff that I met were very professional, friendly, polite and engaged with patients. They were lovely. My appointment with Chris, the dentist, was an eye opener for me. Extremely professional, highly trained, very knowledgeable and appeared to really care about the dental health of his patients. I have attended several appointments with Tommy and can safely say he is an excellent dentist. Warm, friendly,funny and puts me at ease. I had an extraction which was painless and seamless and more recently a crown. The tooth which he crowned was ugly and crooked before he worked on it. He completed the procedure brilliantly and now the crown has restored my confidence when smiling. I am in the process of tooth whitening too and as usual Tommy has explained the procedure carefully and thoroughly. Highly recommended
I’ve been a patient with MSG Dental Care for over 15 years now. Before this I have had really bad experiences with other dental practices and this left me feeling anxious. However Chris and his team certainly alleviated my concerns. I have experienced nothing less than first class care. The staff are professional, friendly and so caring. Please come and give this dental practice a visit, they truly are the best!
I had not been to any dentist since I were around 17 (roughly 10 years!). Partly this was a big personal fear I had but I'd also felt as though I wasn't getting the care, advise and progress I wanted/needed. So with fear and frustration I convinced myself I was better off not being with any dental practice. I think we can all agree this is not the wisest decision haha!
