Bupa Dental Care Darlington

It has been over 5 years since I have been to a dentist. This was mainly down to having bad anxiety about having any dentistry work done. I had let my teeth deteriorate during this period so need quite a bit of work just to make me “stable”. My experience with Anna and her dental nurse for my first bit of work today went so smoothly it really has restored my confidence in dentists. I felt at ease throughout the whole appointment explaining what she was doing every step of the way. Thank you so much.

Lovely reception staff and dental nurse and the dentist was great with my twins very patient as it was their first ever visit . The waiting room was great had some books to entertain my girls while waiting for only 2-3 minutes. Great first experience .

Well where do I start?!!! The place is so modern, clean and tidy. The receptionists really friendly … YOUNG … but friendly so I try not k be jealous. The dentist herself was so reassuring and explained everything before moving forward. When it came to the injections she gave me the facts - that it’s best to get them done without stopping if possible so I was feared to comply. My appt. at Bupa Dental Care Darlington went very well. I was seen on time and then Jane thoroughly checked me for any problems, taking 2 x-rays and then finished with a minor clean. The staff are always friendly and professional, and I don't think their service could be improved in any way. Thanks again, Malcolm Law.
