We attended an appointment today after accidentally arriving a day early — entirely my fault. The reception team were incredibly kind and went out of their way to see if they could fit us in, rather than sending us away. Thanks to them, my daughter was able to have her X-rays done and then see the orthodontist on the same day. I’ve had my braces fitted today after debating it for a long time now. The whole process so far has been outstanding from my first contact with Turret and including today. As soon as I got in touch a lady called Nikola contacted me. We had a zoom call and discussed possible treatments etc. she was very knowledgeable and really focused on my needs and wants rather than pressure selling. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt listened to and well cared for throughout my treatment. The practice is clean, welcoming, and well organised, and my experience so far has exceeded my expectations. We were referred to Turret via our dentist for potential braces for my daughter. From the moment I made the initial call the customer service has been excellent. The environment is very welcoming and extremely professional. Taylor in particular brightens up the reception with his warm personality and nothing is too much trouble. The treatment plan was explained in great detail by the orthodontist and put myself and daughter at ease. Highly recommended!
