Never have I reviewed my dentist, but this epitomises what world class customer care should look like! The premises….calm and welcoming. The service….informative, friendly and Kevin never fails to impress me with his care and attention to detail. A two hour “session” and the word “perfect” was used by the team and felt from the patient at the end of treatment. 6 star!
A lovely dentist to visit! The building and grounds are special with easy parking; from the moment that you step inside, all the staff are friendly, caring and supportive; and the treatment is excellent. I'm a very nervous patient and they have helped me through every procedure to improve my dental health. It may not be the cheapest dentist but it's been worth every penny because their patience with my fears means I can totally trust them.
The Dental Academy is first rate for all dental services and despite the opulent appearance of the beautiful property the charges are in line with other less luxurious practices. I had an ‘all on 4’ implant denture 6 years ago. Everything was explained in great detail and Kevin/ John took particular care in making sure that the finished denture was thoroughly fit for purpose and very natural looking. I have returned regularly for dental checkups and hygiene appointments, consequently everything is going exceptionally well. A truly professional and friendly practice
HONEST REVEIW OF MY EXPERIENCE OF THE DENTAL ACADEMY. BEFORE YOU PAY FOR INVISALINE READ THIS! First visit, I initially came in for the free consultation for invisaline. During the cosultation with the lovely nurse I was informed that the procedure ranges from around £3000 to £4800. Though it wasnt her expertise so she wasnt sure. Second visit (still free consultation as i wanted to speak to richard as it was his expertise) I spoke with R the dentis. All may I point out seemed really friendly.
