Extremely disappointed and upset I have been a NHS patient for over 10 years with regular annual check ups - went to book an appointment and was told I was archived, I asked why and was told the manager John Geaney would contact me, he has not been in touch. Removed a tooth for me as a NHS emergency appointment 22/07. The dentist and her nurse (I can’t remember the wonderful ladies names) who have worked together for far too long, could not have been a better pair! Having an extreme fear of dentists they didn’t even need me to tell them, they picked up on my anxiety immediately! They both calmed me down, helped me through the procedure and after care was fantastic! I couldn’t be more grateful!! Thank you ladies! You both deserve so much in this world!
