Great place for full dental care. Lots of staff and hence lots of support for all sorts of dental treatments without wasting your time or money. Nearly all treatments are upstairs with no lift. Something to keep in mind for those who can't climb stairs. Lovely reception / waiting room on the ground floor. Reception upstairs for appointments etc. Treatments are good. Referred over for emergency appointment through 111, was called by this practice the following day to schedule an appointment, after arranging appointment they the called back to say they wouldn’t see me as I allegedly had “4 missed appointments” (I was under 18, under parental responsibility and was not made aware of any appointments due to this not being my responsibility as a CHILD) as I was explaining this to the caller, they then hung up mid sentence... Zero stars — and that’s being generous. The glowing reviews must be from the staff, because I can’t imagine anyone else having a good experience here. I was referred by NHS 111 and got a call to book an appointment — brilliant, right? Not even a minute later, another call: Oops, that slot’s gone! Had a very good experience, even as a self proclaimed very nervous patient. The receptionists were polite & welcoming and Dr Wyley & her assistant/technician was brilliant. I required a wisdom tooth extraction and they was patient, considerate and friendly throughout. I cannot speak highly enough of the practice myself based off of my own experience and hope that I manage to get onto their registered NHS patient list next year.
