Really good service. The lady was very kind, as I'm always so nervous when attending the dentist. She explained everything she was doing and checked to see if I was Okay frequently during my treatment. Very nice calm and quiet environment. Thank you
Very good dentist, very professional and easy to speak to. However, reception never ring me to tell me my appointment has changed time, they leave a “gentle reminder” and then change the time on email. I have told them to ring me and they never do, meaning I have told ring up and cancel my appointment most of the time as I cannot make the changed time.
Seen by dentist 9th February- feel I must leave a huge shout out for the young lady on reception- listening to her on the phone while waiting, every time she answered the phone she was polite -appropriately friendly And very accommodating on offering a choice where possible of dates and times for appointments. She didn't flap when things got busy. A real asset to the practice
Filled forms in when they were taking in nhs patients but now found out my son and I are not on the list. We need dental work and the man on the phone directs you to 111 and puts the phone down on you. Not great customer service. Don't get me wrong I know they are not getting paid what they should but that's not my fault. Ive already been to my mp regarding the dentists not getting enough money for nhs patients, trying to help them.
