23998 Fantastic experience this weekend, they were brilliant with my little girl and running on time. Lovely welcome from the lady on reception. This is the third time we've been and have always felt very comfortable there. My daughter really actually doesn't mind going to the dentist now.
They should not be practicing!! I traveled miles to attend this practice. During last year they cancelled at least 10 appointments, usually at the last minute. They changed the time of some appointments without bothering to tell me. The hygienist spent my appointment trying to sell me a toothbrush and didn’t even attempt to clean my teeth. It gets worse, I attended several appointments trying to get a denture. They fitted it and it was great, problem was, when I returned to collect it, they tried to force a denture into my mouth that wasn’t mine! I told them that this denture didn’t have t…
My girls have been going here for about a year now and all staff are polite and really kind. They all get a thorough check up we don’t feel rushed or pushed through quickly. Nothing is too much trouble and I would highly recommend this practice.
Lovely friendly staff. Very efficient. Calls answered promptly. Never had any issues. I drive up from Norwich for my sons appointments and I'm never disappointed. I.D. 25228
