Excellent dentist. Not been to a dentist for many years but luckily I got into PR jones. Jack was my dentist and he was brilliant from the start. (I would recommend him to any nervous patients) I told him about having a fear of the injection, an when it came to the injection and pulling the teeth he was brilliant! I hardly felt anything! But most importantly he helped me get my smile back! Thanks jack 👍🏻 Reception staff also do a fab job, keep up the good work.
Absolute fantastic dentist! Was at hilltop white rose previously and that left a lot to be desired! This new practice is fabulous especially with younger children too they explain things so they aren’t scared and take there time with the more difficult patients: Jack our dentist is fantastic he’s a credit to the team. Take there time with procedures and do it properly too! No long waits and polite staff.
Joined here recently and had an initial assessment with Hannah, she was so welcoming and explained everything clearly. Didn't make me feel rushed or bad as it was my first tip to the dentist in about 5 years (due to fear). All the reception staff are also lovely and understanding!
If you're afraid of the dentist like myself, then please book with Hannah falkinder she has the patience of a saint, talks you through everything step by step and really puts me at ease. Today I faced one of my fears and it's all thanks to Hannah. I wish I'd met her years ago. She honestly is the best around.
