Wow! Highly recommend Pontefract Dental Care. I’m a very anxious patient and from the minute I called for an appointment, I was put at ease. Reception staff were amazing and reassuring. Dentist Nick and Amy were so lovely with me, giving me time and explaining everything. Everyone’s patience and understanding made a really difficult time for me so much easier. It really was appreciated! Fab team, fab dentist!
Excellent service from Pontefract Dental Care this morning. I needed an emergency appointment and was seen really quickly ; literally an hour after I rang. Unfortunately I needed an extraction but it was painless and fast. Scott was very efficient, professional and made the whole experience bearable ! Every staff member I’ve ever seen here has provided excellent care. Can’t rate this Practice highly enough.
I was recommended to Sean by a family member who has been with the Practice for many years. On arrival I was greeted by friendly staff and directed to the waiting area outside his surgery. I was seen on time and the consultation began with a chat about the issues I have been having with my teeth. He explained things clearly and in a language which made it easy to understand. I felt listened to and Sean went through things gradually, explaining each step of the treatment. He provided me with a treatment plan and made sure I understood before I left the surgery. I really owe Gareth a lot for helping me get over terrible dental anxiety and it feels so much better to know that my dental health is under control after many years of avoidance. I tried to have a look at my new filling and it blends in so well I honestly couldn’t find it. Very thankful to have found this place.
