Great experience at the practice. Laila was excellent with my hygiene and gum treatment—very thorough, gentle, and explained everything clearly. My gums felt much better afterwards. Her nurse Hafsa was also attentive and supportive. Shalini also did a great job re-cementing my crown. She was efficient, professional, and made sure everything was comfortable before I left.
I cannot praise my hygienist Laila enough! She is incredibly friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, which instantly puts you at ease. Most importantly, she truly has magical hands — I genuinely didn’t feel any pain at all, which is something I’ve never experienced before in my previous visits. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, works with great care and precision, and makes the whole appointment feel relaxed and comfortable. I recently visited for an oral hygiene service and Laila was very attentive. I had some gum inflammation, and she clearly explained how I can prevent it from getting worse and showed me the proper daily brushing routine. She is highly professional, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable, while also maintaining a genuinely warm and pleasant demeanour that immediately puts you at ease.
