On reception, Amelia went out of her way to welcome me and check I felt comfortable, efficiently dealing with the form filling. Dr Patel provided an excellent hygiene service, as you would expect I particularly appreciated the nurse (I am sorry I don't recall their name) letting me know when to take a break to swallow, as often that isn't made clear to the patient. Generally I find hygiene appointments painful, this one was not.
I had an exceptional service from all staff members who were very friendly and welcoming. My treatment went smoothly and was put at ease throughout the treatment. There was good parking facilities which was convenient for me. I highly recommend this practice to others. Keep up the good work!
I recently visited OX44 DENTAL for my hygiene and denture. the staff, especially Amelia the receptionist Jane, and Smitha the Clinician. We're incredibly friendly and professional. the moment I walked in they took the time to explain every step of the process in a clear and calm Manner. Which really put me at ease. The clinic itself was spotless and the environment was very welcoming. I am delighted with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone. I’ve been signed up with this practice for the past six months, and the team are tremendous. Amelia on the front desk is incredibly helpful, and Dr. Pillai and the dental team really take great care of you - it genuinely feels like your teeth are getting the upkeep, care, and attention they need. It’s reassuring to have OX44 Dental as my local dental care team.
