Ryecroft Primary Care Centre (Dental Services)

So, I am terrified of the dentist and had really bad teeth, I was referred her by my dentist some months ago, to have about 12 teeth removed. Today was my last day of treatment here, and I have to say, THANK YOU. I don’t know whether Jo and all the staff know how much of a difference they make to their patients lives. I was always treated perfectly and in such a manner as to put me at ease. If Carlsberg did dentists, it’s this one. Thanks Jo, and everyone involved in the amazing care given by all.x

Receptionists we're absolutely wonderful, as was dentist and all staff there, only small criticism is I was left waiting in reception area 15 minutes after my appointment time was due and wasn't explained to why. On the whole though would totally go again.

I had to visit here yesterday (Friday 17th Dec 2021) due to breaking my tooth and needing attention. When I say I am completely petrified of the dentist its an understatement... As soon as I arrived there was nothing more these lovely people could do. I was greeted at the door and immediately pointed out my Dad's car (Yes I'm 31 but needed a lift) and stated he was there is I passed out, was sick etc. The nurse was lovely, remembered the car. Well what can I say, I went to see Joanne here on Wednesday, I had been to see serval dentists for the last 5 month all telling me I would have to wait for the hospital to remove a broken tooth. I was so poorly by the time I saw her, from having infections constantly, to being in agony all the time, lack of sleep, lack of eating, by the time I go there I was desperate for help. No Joanne could have said the same as all the other denist, but instead chose to help me.
