My first time attending Milehouse Dental Practice. I was quite nervous having not been to the dentist since covid. I was made to feel safe and welcome by both reception staff and dentist. My dentist was very gentle and explained everything in a calm and professional manor. I would definitely recommend this practice.
Visited for my first appointment today and can honestly say this was the most professional and friendly experience in any health care setting I have received. This practice is truly setting a great standard. Real interest was taken in my personal circumstances and I felt the treatment focused on me as an individual. Everything was explained. I can actually say I'm looking forward to my next visit, which I'm sure not many people say about a dentist.
Harry the dentist was so caring. She make me feel comfortable during the feeling she will explain step by step what she was doing. She is very a people person. Everything about the dentist it is so positive. I had no concern at all. Thanks harry for my treatment again
Recently moved from Wales to Cheshire and didn't expect to find an NHS dental practice. Pleasantly surprised to discover Milehouse was only a 30 minute drive away and my husband and I were accepted after completing a few health forms. Had our first check up this morning with a lovely lady Zainab Ur Rehman Shah. She was very thorough and explained exactly what she was going to do. Would definitely recommend Milehouse to anyone...friendly reception staff and clean and tidy waiting room.
