From the very first visit I found the staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful and this has continued on every visit making every appointment a pleasant one. Marcus I can honestly say has been the best dentist I have had treatment from in terms of professionalism and putting you at ease in all my years of attending dental appointments. I would have no hesitation in recommending the clinic as my mother was also expertly cared for by Simon a few months earlier.
Visited Newcastle Dental and implant clinic - was a nervous patient. The dentist danny made me feel relaxed and so did the nurse. reception team helped me with my treatment plan and explained what treatment i needed. They were professional and i have already booked my partner in and ill be back in 6 months for my check up. Impressed definitely better that my last dentist i visited.
As an exceptionally nervous patient who has not been to a dentist in over 30 years, I attended Newcastle Dental as a necessity! Was looked after by Marcus who instantly put me at ease and completed all my work needed. He is excellent at not only what he does but the way he does it! Constantly reassuring and comforting. I would trust him 100%! Also, Emma was superb! She totally looked after me and picked up on how I was feeling and supported me in every way. All in all - I would highly recommend this Dentist in every aspect!
Danny and his team were first class, giving me assurance regarding my treatment plan.
