Ive been coming to this dentist for a number of years and all staff are always lovely. Today I had a filling and clean/Polish from Leigh, assisted by Emma. I have very sensitive teeth and in the past have required numbing for a clean, however today Leigh was amazing, very understanding and patient and explained everything. The least painful treatment I've had. Thank you both. Highly recommend.
Had extreme pain and swelling during the night. Referred by 111 to Eston dentist. Fit me in early at short notice. Staff were all polite and friendly. The Dental surgeon (Mike) was excellent, offered a number of solutions explaining each one clearly and advising on the best course of action. Offered reassurance all the way through the procedure which was carried out perfectly. Excellent dental practice. Thanks for your help today 😃
Attended the practice with my daughter this morning for her treatment. My daughter was very fearful from her last experience however, Leigh made her feel so calm, collective and relaxed. Leigh ensured Olivia and talked her through every step of the process. Olivia left with a much better experience. Very good professionalism from both ladies.
