Alpha Dental Studio Great Ayton

Went as an emergency patient needed a wisdom tooth removed. The dentist was marvellous explained everything and was thorough and caring. The nurse was kind towards me and so was the receptionist. Thankyou for letting me come from Richmond for treatment.

I messaged 111 for an emergency appointment. Within 15 mins of sending the request. A nurse rang me back. And gave me some options for dentist practices... I chose this one.. within an hour I received a call from the receptionist. I explained everything.. I was offered an appointment at a time to suit me. The dentist Katie was really nice, very understanding, very gentle, made me feel at ease.

I went to Alpha Dental today as I needed an emergency appointment, not only did they get me in within a couple of days of me calling but they even managed to take one of my bad teeth out that has been causing serious pain. No other dentists were taking emergency appointments, the staff and dentist were lovely 10/10 and made me feel super comfortable and at ease. As someone with anxiety they made sure I was okay every step of the way and I already have my next appointment booked in!

Excellent dentist would highly recommend. Staff are always helpful, nothing is to much trouble. I get really anxious going to the dentist the team always make me feel relaxed. Chandra takes her time to explain what she is going to do, and talks through the treatment plan step by step. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else for mine and my family’s dental care.
