Yet another very good experience with Erica today. Been going to this fantastic practise for 24 years and they all make you feel relaxed and I am a nervous patient. Thank you for making it bearable for me every time I come. Such a lovely friendly place.
Graeme the dentist is great with all of my autistic sons. Graeme explains things to all of them in a way they can understand which makes a big difference to getting them to attend appointments. The receptionists are always very helpful. Grace and Tracey? in particularly have always been very kind, understanding Nc compassionate. Thank you for such great customer care on each visit.
Brilliant friendly staff. Everyone makes you feel at ease, lovely experience. Aiden is so good at what he does!!
Erica the Dentist was very professional, personable and explained everything really clearly. Cate the Dental Nurse was fantastic, i left feeling like I was in great hands and that everything was going to be fine after my treatment plan.
