Explained the procedure in detail Checked I was comfortable throughout the procedure, I am a very nervous patient, felt fine and was not worried. Thank you Lawrence Everybody is very friendly at the practice, especially Sarah the receptionist, who a great listener. I have been at this practice for a very long time highly recommend them.

Returned to this practice after many years as they went private and i wanted to hang on to an nhs dentist. My old practice has gone fully private now, so i have re-registed with Spicer Road as i was reluctant to leave them in the first place. My experience has been excellent. Such a welcoming place nothing is ever to much trouble. The ladies on the reception are very kind and helpful. My dentist Lawrence is very patient and kind I have always had a fear of going to the dentist but Lawrence has always been so kind and understanding nothing is ever to much trouble. All the dental assistants that I've met are also so very kind. Excellent dental surgery anyone who gets accepted as a patient is extremely lucky a very kind, professional service recieved every time.

We arrived at little late for our appointment on Christmas eve having completely forgotten about the check up because of Christmas chaos and the team at Spicer Road couldn't have been nicer about it. They still fitted us in and did a thorough job. We always receive a very good, professional dental check up with no sales pitch for products or unnecessary extras, just good advice and a really friendly service.
