I was referred to this dentist via NHS 111 while in severe pain, expecting urgent care and professional support. What I received instead felt dismissive and rushed. The first interaction at reception was being directed straight to the card machine, which immediately set the tone. Despite clearly explaining the level of pain I was in, there seemed to be little interest in properly addressing the issue. I’ve had around 6 permanent different Dentist over the last 50 years. i’ve always struggled with my teeth due to a medical problem and probably spent about four lifetimes in the Dentist chair already.
