So friendly and helpful, after being turned away by two branches of a well known dentist branch I called in hopes someone would be able to help, straight away they booked me in for what was only a ten minute visit. Was a lovely place and everyone was so kind which is great as I suffer quite bad anxiety at dentists. Absolutely will be returning in the future and would highly recommend to everyone
Absolutely disgusting the way the Asian/Indian girl on the reception talks to you. She is rude, unhelpful and arrogant. She does not have a clue what she is talking about and she needs to learn basic customer service skills. However the other girls on the reception have always been so kind and helpful. In future I will be dealing with them only.
Where to start? It is so hard to put into words how this practice has changed the view and confidence in myself, and the impact it has had on my life. It has been life changing. The practice go above and beyond. The care and support that I have received is second to none. The attention to detail that Usman and his team provide is exceptional. I had a set of implants fitted and whilst it was a long journey, the support and care the team provide was amazing. This is an excellent practice. I have always found the staff so kind and helpful. My dentist Usman deserves a special mention , he helps me as I have ongoing vertigo and dental treatment can be stressful for me. He is so good with anxious patients and I love the way he has made the room comfortable with gentle music and images of beaches etc... almost as good as a Spa....
