I have been attending the practice for over five years and have been impressed with the high standard of care it offers. The receptionists offer a friendly welcome so patients feel comfortable and at ease prior to receiving check-ups/ treatment. The dentists are highly approachable and efficient giving the impression that they are working with patients to identify and deal with any dental issues. After not having a dentist for many years due to pure fear , I took the plunge and went to see Mike and his wonderful team. I was a wreak on my first visit but it honestly couldn’t have gone better for me, they are all so patient and understanding. After around 9 visits , 4 of them with the hygienist , I now have a smile that I can be proud of. From going from pure fear to actually walking into the surgery with a smile on my face is a massive thing for me. From the reception staff to Dr. Hajera, everyone made me feel welcome, listened to my concerns, and provided excellent care — all without any judgment. Overall a good experience. The practice is well run administratively, well organised and runs pretty well to time - most of my appointments started on time and none were more than a few minutes late. Cost forecasts were precise, no overruns. Staff were invariably friendly and helpful. My dentist, Dr Mike, was clearly very experienced and competent professionally and his advice re acclimatising to my new dentures was precise to the tee. In summary then, not the cheapest but no problems and good people with whom to do business.
