Padiham Dental Practice

A few days before my appointment with Padiham Dental Practice, they texted me a link to fill in a medical form, saving me time, and when I turned up for my appointment, the receptionist was friendly and I was seen by my dentist on time. I feel that the examination and treatment is thorough whenever I visit and my dentist, Kay, will always offer advice, if needed, and always listens and responds positively to any questions or concerns I may have. I was seen on time and the Dentist put me at ease straight away. He discussed the treatment what was available to me and he steered me away from going for a more expensive fix because he couldn't guarantee it would work for me. He examined my teeth and told me what he could do for me. He booked me in for 2 appointments on concurrent days, so I was surprised at how efficient they were. I would recommend this Dentist for anyone with a nervous disposition, they put you at ease.

Attention and service excellent. However, I find the digital questionnaire that we have to fill in every six months invasive!! Also why do we have to constantly repeat what is already in your records?? A "Any changes" questionnaire would be more appropriate!

Dentist was on time, in fact we were in and out before the end of one of our appointments. Very quick clean, not really interested in helping me try and get a further request for my daughter for orthodontic treatment which was 3 years ago. Manager did send me the details via email though which was appreciated, to contact hospital. £27.50 for 5 mins work, wish I could get work like that!!
