Bank Parade Dental Practice

Recently moved to this dentist, both Mr Ditchfield and the dental hygienist Lorraine were both welcoming to me and all my four children. Both kind in nature and evident they really do care for their patients. Extra time was taken for one of my children, explaining techniques and making sure they knew how to care for their own teeth. I couldn’t not fault them, I am so grateful to have found a practice that cares.

Lovely people. Mr Ditchfield was very gentle and careful in every aspect. Mrs Ditchfield was also very good. She was very patient with me and making sure I was ok every minute. Would recommend to everyone. I drive 50 min just to see them, and its 100% worth it

Came today for an appointment at 12:30 only to be seen at 2 pm. I had my little child with me and dr Ditchfield said I would have to rearrange or get someone to look after him during my appointment trying to get rid of me because they were obviously behind on appointments. I said I have a pram and managed to go through with the appointment. The receptionist was rude and had a lot of attitude which painted the practise to have an obvious culture that was not patient friendly. I would not recommend this to family and friends and they are leaving the practise too. Please don’t waste your time …

Been coming here for years now my whole family too and staff are so friendly and get you in when they can I phoned up on a Wednesday and I was seen on a Friday morning always nice to have a chat with the staff too.
