Appalling service. My daughters have been attending this dental practice since they were four years old, and it used to be excellent. Unfortunately, the standard has declined drastically. Every appointment booked for my daughters is repeatedly cancelled—often on the day of the appointment. This causes significant disruption, as they take time off work in the mornings or afternoons specifically to attend. Very poor, unorganised practice. Zero communication and is not professional. The receptionist is very rude. My 4 children were removed from the practice because the practice cancelled the appointment and reschedule it with out speaking to me . When challenged that I did not miss the appointment they did not have any empathy or remose my child was left with out dental care. The worst patient service ever . No care or empathy.

DO NOT ATTEND IF PRIVATE PATIENT. They told me I needed expensive urgent treatment, got a second opinion at an actual private dentist who said I needed NO treatment. Tried to make me have two fillings with no real medical reason, I assume for the money. Unsure whether this is medical negligence or greed. Avoid.

Unfortunately, our experience with a dentist here was very disappointing. The treatment was not thorough, and we were not advised about the need for a hygiene scale and polish, which later contributed to further dental issues. The manner towards my children was also not as considerate as we would have hoped, which was difficult to witness. We often waited 45mins to be seen. We have since moved to a new dental practice, where the care has been thorough, informative, and kind—highlighting the contrast in our experiences
