I had a great experience. The receptionist staff are so welcoming and friendly. The hygienist made me feel so comfortable through out my treatment. The dentist Ritesh Lad is amazing at what he does. His assistant was also friendly and polite. I would defo recommend to my friends and family.
I had two appointments here and both were excellent. My first visit was for a painful tooth infection and the dentist, Omar Ali Khan, dealt with it quickly and professionally. He explained what was going on, prescribed the right treatment, and made sure the infection was under control before moving forward. That alone gave me a lot of relief and confidence in the care. My second appointment was for the tooth extraction, and I was honestly very nervous, but it went smoothly and much quicker than I expected. Hygienist was wonderful in her treatment. The way she carried out the session engaging myself and explaining me thoroughly was very impressive. I surely recommend this surgery. I would also include the friendly and polite behavior of receptionist. Surely they deserve 5 stars. Keep it up
Had a great experience with Dr. Umar Khan! He was professional and very reassuring throughout the entire root canal appointment. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Best of all, the treatment was completely pain-free. Highly recommend him and the practice
