I was seen 30 minutes after the appointment time. Prior to the appointment I was told to take painkillers 1 hour before the appointment, so by the time I had my appointment it wasn’t what they advised. Their reason for this was because the staff (although friendly) was very slow. I would not recommend this practice.

I had an appointment with Essex sexual health. The practitioner who was actually conducting the test was lovely but wasn’t very knowledgeable. The receptionists were very unprofessional. They would loudly make fun of/ talk badly about other patients/ people seeking information which made me feel very uncomfortable
