I had an unexpected dental emergency and found out I needed a root canal I didn’t even realise I needed. Pitsea Dental Care were incredible — they managed to fit me in right at the end of the day, and Steve, the dentist, was absolutely amazing. The whole team was so friendly, polite, and reassuring, and Steve made the entire procedure completely pain‑free. What could have been a really stressful situation turned into a genuinely positive experience thanks to their care and professionalism. I’m so grateful for how well they looked after me

I had a really positive experience here on the NHS. Steve was really welcoming from the moment I walked in and made me feel completely at ease. He explained everything clearly and didn’t make me feel rushed or dismissed. It’s rare to feel genuinely listened to, especially with NHS services under so much pressure, so I really appreciated the care and professionalism. Thank you to the whole team.

Steve was brilliant after needing a NHS emergency appointment I was sent here. Steve assessed the situation and gave me my options. I chose to have the tooth removed. Unfortunately I experienced agonising pain within 24 hours. Steve contacted me and once I told him I was seen the next morning! When I arrived at my appointment he put a special dressing on and gave me a course of antibiotics. I’m now 2 weeks from having it out and I’m no longer in pain and able to eat and sleep again! Thank you so much Steve! You are great at what you do!

I’ve been going to Pitsea Dental care nearly my whole life. I never have a problem with any treatment that I have done at the practise. An example was today my crown came out and the practise was able to see me within a few hours. A special shout out to Steve who’s level of care is astounding!
