When do I pay?
Only when you make your page live. You can change everything and see how it looks first, completely free.
Does paying improve our ranking?
No. Paying never changes how practices are ordered or the independently sourced information we show. It adds owner-managed content to your page and a clearly labelled placement, nothing else.
What happens if I stay on the free listing?
Your listing stays live exactly as it is. We keep it accurate: correcting mistakes in anything we have already published is free, any time, through our correction form, whether or not you ever claim it. Adding new content is what a plan is for.
Can I show prices for my treatments?
Yes. You can add a price next to any treatment, or leave it off. It’s up to you.
Can I add my booking link?
Yes. Add the link patients use to book, and it appears on your listing once you make it live.

Only the practice, or someone it authorises, may manage this listing. Managing a listing you're not authorised to manage is a serious misrepresentation and breaks our terms in every case. Where it's done dishonestly to gain an advantage or cause harm, it can also be a criminal offence of fraud under the Fraud Act 2006, or the equivalent offence under the law of Scotland.
If a request isn't genuine, we remove the content, close the account, and return control to the practice. We keep a record of each request and may share relevant information with the practice and, where appropriate, law-enforcement agencies. Fees already paid are not refunded, where our terms allow.
Not sure you're authorised? Ask the practice owner first. Just need something corrected? You don't need an account and there's nothing to pay. Use our correction form and we'll correct any mistakes in what we've already published.
