Dodgy and corrupt dentist. Avoid like the plague if you want to avoid a health emergency. Tooth was broken in half with an abscess, I had root canal treatment booked in for it to be cancelled when I arrived due to their "computer systems being down." They rescheduled the appt so I arrived 2 weeks later to be told on the door that my appt is cancelled again due to a member of the public in the street outside having a health emergency. Appt was pushed back by another 2 weeks. By this point my appt was a month overdue (due to no fault of my own) the tooth had become extremely infected in the m…
Totally recommend 💯 They have an easy appointment system, and they were flexible to reschedule me when needed. I have been with them for a year now and every visit the clinic was clean, staff were super friendly and helpful. The checkups/services I had were informative and the dentists always made sure they answered all my questions. My last visit I noticed they accepted an emergency booking for a kid which was a very nice gesture. The look on the mother’s face when they accepted a last minute booking said it all. Thanks.
Everyone who works for Genix is very helpful and professional. However each time I have an appointment I see someone different, there is no continuity. The service is good but differs from person to person. This time it was a quick in out, last time the person I saw not only checked my teeth but did a quick clean on a couple of teeth that required it as part of the service. So I was a little disappointed this time as there was a noticeable difference in the experience.
I think I was this dentists first customer, she asked me silly questions? "do you eat a lot of chocolate"? what's a lot?? she didn't answer? I thought the dentists were fixing problems? she left me with a bigger problem, she said I needed a filling, when I left every time I bit I had a sharp pain, I'm not going back to her. I had to wait two weeks for the emergency dentist and when she finished I had a bit less pain?? wake up NHS and get someone that knows their job!!
