The Dental Hub York

I had a really positive experience at York Dental Hub today. From the moment I arrived, the reception team were welcoming, professional and efficient. The clinic itself is clean, modern and very well organised, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The dentist took time to explain everything clearly and ensured I understood the treatment plan before proceeding. I felt listened to and reassured throughout the appointment. I’ve had to see the dentist 3 times this week ( 2 emergency appointments and then a standard check up to discuss a treatment plan). I’m so grateful to belong to this practice, all the staff I have come across are brilliant , they are all polite, helpful , knowledgeable and empathetic and in my case going the extra mile to fit me in for treatment. The lovely lady on reception ( Karla) was working on her own today and was obviously very busy, still had a smile on her face despite her heavy workload. Mr and Mrs Hodur are the epitome of professionalism and are both so courteous. Thank you all.

My son and I had our appointments with Tre and we were welcomed with friendliness by everyone, from those at reception through to the appointment room. My son was out at ease when he was a little nervous and was supported when I need X-rays. Check ups were completed in a thorough and timely manner and follow up appointments booked in within a reasonable time frame

This was the first time ive had treatment from mrs N Pinkney i can say she was very helpful and administered my treatment without me feeling any discomfort at all. I do not like going to the dentist due to having a bad experience., but the she was aware of and she was very careful .
