Extremely disappointing experience and appalling handling of a straightforward refund. I have been repeatedly promised a refund, only for those promises to be broken time and time again. I have chased continuously, been told on multiple occasions that the refund had been “sorted”, and assured I would receive written confirmation — which never arrived. I felt a little nervous before my appointment because I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted or needed, I just knew I wanted a fresh new smile! From the moment I walked in, the reception team were so welcoming and took the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately put me at ease. I then saw Dr Dami, who was absolutely amazing! This was my first visit to this clinic. I’ve been thinking of getting my teeth sorted for a while. After seeing several of my clients, who had been to Yorkshire Dental Suite and their teeth looked fabulous, I decided that’s where I wanted to go. I could the clinic super clean & inviting but not over the top. The staff were friendly & made me feel very valued. After a long discussion with the dentist, who answered all my questions & more, we have agreed on a plan & im super excited to take the next step in my smile makeover.
